Fun animation project here! Working with Bionic Crayon illustrating and animating the Dr. Energy series. Dr Energy is a caffeine fuelled energy bar and Dr E is on a mission to save the world from lethargy. His enemy is lord Comatose and his minions of Zzz's!
All of the illustrations are created in a traditional comic style, digitised and ultimately animated within After Effects.
Part 2 video and illustrations/stills. All of the illustrations are illustrated traditionally and then converted to digital assets for animating. I personally love the raw nature of animating this way rather than the slick digital methods that seem to be used in abundance these days.
